Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Bounce Path mobile application (the “App”), provided by Bovasoft (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

If you are under the legal age to accept these Terms in your country, you may use the App only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

1License to Use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store rules.

2Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Distribute, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App or any part of it.
• Use cheats, automation, exploits, or modified clients to interfere with the intended experience or the rights of others.
• Circumvent, manipulate, or interfere with ads, in-app purchases, subscription checks, lives, rewards, level progression, or restore-purchase systems.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices in the App.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3Ads & In-App Purchases

The App is free to download and supported by advertising. You may make optional in-app purchases — for example, to remove ads, unlock Pro features where offered, or refill lives. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms.

• Purchases unlock digital items or features that have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Where monthly or yearly subscriptions are offered, they automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account before renewal. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Where a free trial or introductory offer is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel through your platform account before the trial or offer period ends.
• Except where required by law, purchases are final and non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
• Prices and available offers may change over time.

4Game Progress

Because Bounce Path is an offline game, your progress is stored on your device. Uninstalling the App, clearing its data, or switching devices may permanently erase your progress, stars, lives, settings, and locally stored purchase state. Restore-purchase features may restore eligible platform purchases, but they may not restore local gameplay progress. We are not responsible for lost local data.

5Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, artwork, level layouts, audio, code, and the “Bounce Path” and “Bovasoft” names and logos, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or content beyond the limited license above.

We may update, rebalance, add, remove, or change levels, features, prices, offers, ads, rewards, and virtual items from time to time.

6Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bovasoft will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the App in the twelve months before the claim.

8Changes to the App & Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time. We may also revise these Terms; the “Last Updated” date shows the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

9Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the App. We may suspend or terminate your license if you breach these Terms. You may end them at any time by deleting the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country, the courts of Istanbul, Turkiye will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the App.
