The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep Bounce Path enjoyable and functioning smoothly, we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the App or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Levels, puzzle outcomes, rewards, ads, store availability, haptics, audio, and other features may contain bugs, delays, interruptions, or technical limitations.

2No Professional Advice

Bounce Path is a puzzle game. Nothing in it constitutes professional, financial, medical, legal, or other advice, and it should not be relied upon as such.

3Advertising & Third-Party Content

The App displays advertising served by third parties, including Google AdMob, and uses third-party services for app stores and purchases, including Apple, Google, and RevenueCat. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of any advertisements, payment processors, third-party products, services, or websites they may link to. Any interaction with advertisers, platforms, or third-party services is solely between you and that third party.

4Game Progress & Data

Because Bounce Path is offline, your progress is stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for loss of progress, stars, lives, rewards, settings, local purchase state, or other local data caused by uninstalling the App, clearing app data, device issues, operating system changes, storage problems, or switching devices.

5Virtual Items & Purchases

Virtual items, lives, rewards, ad-removal features, and Pro features where offered have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Refunds and billing matters are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play according to their policies and applicable law.

6Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bovasoft shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of, or reliance on, the App, including any damages resulting from third-party advertising or content.
